Seung Hyun Kim is an owner-chef of So Seol Dam, a Japanese yakitori restaurant based in Busan. Having successfully expanded So Seol Dam to 3 different locations, a new idea was brewing in his mind. A new conceptual brand of yakitori restaurant with an emphasis of bringing yakitori into the fine dining territory was his goal.
His dedication to greatly enhance yakitori dining experience has lead him in tasking Minus Front Studio to develop a fresh design language coherent for his new idea.
