Centum Science Park (hereinafter referred to as CSP) is located at an affluent district of Haeundae, Busan. CSP and its surrounding area is a cohort of commercial office buildings where thousands of people come to work. Being located in a relatively new district, F&B gathering spaces were in dire need. MINUS FRONT was tasked with planning and creating a communal space on the ground floor of the CSP building to enrich the neighbourhood with selected bakery, cafe, tea bar and flower shop serving the office workers and nearby residents.
